MUSCLE SHOALS – Local singer, songwriter, and touring country music artist, Johnny Collier, recently earned music award nominations from two Music Award Programs. Earlier this month Collier was listed among the finalists in three categories for the International Singer Songwriter Association’s Official 2022 ISSA Awards.
Collier secured nominations for Male Songwriter of the Year, Music Video of the Year for his February 2022 release, “A Hole In My Heart,” and the coveted Entertainer of the Year nomination.
“My wife and manager, Dallas, and I have worked hard for years building my music career and my music catalog,” said Collier. “It feels great to see our efforts recognized by such a prestigious organization as ISSA. And having so many friends, family and fans voting for me and encouraging me through the process of creating, marketing, promoting, and performing. It’s humbling and heartwarming.”
