Johnny Collier Wins HMMA Award for "Never Really Famous"
In September 2020, Johnny Collier was nominated in the country music category for a Hollywood Music in Media award for his song “Never Really Famous (Till You Make The Bathroom Wall)”, the lead track from his second album, “Love Me For Who I Am”. “Never Really Famous” spent 12 weeks at #1 on The Worlds Country Indie Charts (powered by The Fan Voted Charts) and further earned the #1 spot in the 2020 Top 100 Countdown on the same charts. The HMMA awards show was originally scheduled for November 2020 in Hollywood California but due to Covid restrictions, was postponed until January 27, 2021 and was produced as a virtual event.
